Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Holybelly Cafe

Holybelly Cafe

Just off the Canal St. Martin in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, relative newcomer Holybelly brings a touch of Australian charm to this eclectic neighborhood. Come for the coffee, one of a handful of places in the French capital to get a real cup, but be sure to stay for the food. Whipped up from scratch by the two female cooks Sarah and Liese, the menu changes each month in order to take advantage of local fresh produce in season. Items range from the all day Eggs & Sides breakfast to microgreen salads and weekend specials that have previously included the Québécois delicacy poutine. In addition to filtered coffee, owner Nico works his magic on the La Marzocco using coffee beans sourced from local roaster Belleville Brûlerie, water filtered onsite, and raw milk frothed to perfection to create a variety of espresso based concoctions. Overly caffeinated patrons can work through their jitters on the vintage Monster Bash pinball machine at the back.

Holybelly is open everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday, from 9am (10am on weekends) to 6pm. No reservations needed.
